Launching the Process

VISTA™ Process Consulting moves into the implementation phase through a comprehensive series of consulting and training services that can be applied depending upon the scope and priorities assigned by the VST. The exact order and amount of each supplied is defined up front by the VST. It will include key focus areas, their corresponding enabler (tools, templates, and applications), and staff training—all which lead to the development of a corporate knowledge base for software development.

Process Consulting can be launched full-scale or in phases. Pilot launches are also feasible with roll-out to other sites and/or organizations at a later date. Implementation ranges from 6 months for small test and measurement organizations to as much as 18 months to 2 years for large, multi-site operations.
