The cost of each phase will vary with the size of the organization. Typically, in an organization of 10 to 20 test developers, the process assessment phase will cost between $25,000-40,000. For this phase, the cost to larger organization would be more. Some smaller organizations could be assessed for under $10,000. Measured against this continuous improvement investment, the returns to be realized in quality, cost-reductions, productivity, and time to market are significant.

Actual implementation, including specified consulting and training, would be submitted in a quotation based upon the specifications defined in the Process Assessment Report. Such quotations include time, materials, purchase and license agreements.
