  The VIE Staffing division provides clients with   temporary and permanent placement of test   engineering personnel. The division was designed to   fill client needs outside of standard fixed-price project   based services that V I Engineering offers. VIE   Staffing addresses client managed projects where on   site resources are desired. VIE Staffing’s specialty is   providing resources for test and engineering   departments with excellent skills with National   Instruments LabVIEW™, TestStand™ and   LabWindows/CVI™.

We offer a no-hassle approach! Starting with an initial discussion between you and one of our specialists to understand the technical and business requirements of the position as well as questions about your company culture
and work environment. We will discuss our normal process
and make any necessary adjustments to work within your
HR policies and procedures. A Client Services Agreement is executed that addresses many client concerns such as intellectual property rights and non-disclosure as well as defining the commercial terms of our services.

Candidates for the position are screened for adherence to technical requirements and for suitability to your company culture and work environment. The technical ability of a candidate will be evaluated by one of our senior resources who are experts in the particular area being assessed. We offer help
to candidates who may need assistance for matters such as relocation. Reference and academic checks are always performed before a candidate is placed. The timeline from first
contact to first day of work can be as short as one week!
